摘  要:目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)浓度与咳嗽变异性哮喘控制水平的相关性。方法收集确诊为咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者,进行Fe NO测定,按支气管哮喘防治指南正规治疗3个月,依据哮喘控制测试(ACT)分为完全控制、部分控制、未控制3组,再进行Fe NO检测,对Fe NO进行比较并进行相关性分析。结果治疗前FeNO检测值明显高于治疗后,未控制组Fe NO检测值明显高于部分控制组与完全控制组,部分控制组Fe NO检测值高于完全控制组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Fe NO与咳嗽变异性哮喘控制水平间存在相关性,可作为咳嗽变异性哮喘控制水平的监测手段之一。Objective To explore the correlation between the fractional exhaled nitric oxide and the control level of cough vari?ant asthma. Methods The outpatients diagnosed with cough variant asthma were collected to detect the level of FeNO. Regularly treat?ment was given three months later according to the asthma control guideline. Three groups were divided after accomplishing the ACT as?sessment:completely controlled, partial controlled and uncontrolled. The FeNO of three groups were detected and compared. Results The level of FeNO before treatment was higher than that after treatment,while that the uncontroled group was higher than par?tial controlled group and controlled group,and the partial controlled group was higher than controlled group also. There were statistically significant difference among them (P〈0. 05). Conclusion There is an association between FeNO and the control level of cough variant asthma. Maybe the level of FeNO can be used to monitor the cough variant asthma.
