护士对无陪护精神病患者筛检、防控传染病的作法与体会

摘　　要：我院是一所精神疾病专科医院,承担着本市辖区及周边地区精神卫生的防治任务。住院的精神疾病患者急性期多以封闭无陪护团体治疗为主,患者由于服用大量抗精神病药物,机体免疫识别不足,他们是传染病的极易易感人群。一旦一例传染病人进入群体,就有可能引起泛化、暴发群体流行,因此防控感染对无陪护的精神疾病患者来说至关重要,尤其是收治"三无"患者时,由于他们来历不明、经历不清,关口前移和筛检、防控益显得突出。2012年1月初至2014年10月我院收治了60例"三无"患者,不仅筛查出痢疾、结核等常见传染病的患者,还检出一例HIV精神病患者和数例传染性乙型肝炎的患者。通过这两种典型的传染病患者的临床资料、发现过程和防控经验,浅谈精神科护士筛检、防控传染病的做法与体会,为今后护理工作提供借鉴。our mental illness is a specialized subject hospital, bear the jurisdiction of the city and the surrounding areas of the ntental health prevention and control task. The beginning oGanuary, 2012to October, 2014 were our sixty cases of patients with ／＂3 withou t／＂, not only screening out dysentery, tuberculosis and common infectious disease patients, also detected a HIV psychotic and cases of infections hepatitis b patients. Through these tavo kinds of typical clinicaldata of patients with infectious diseases prevention and control, the discovery process and experience, showing the psychiatric uurse screening prevention and control o finfectious d iseasesand t h e experience, practice for t he futnre provide re feren c e for nu rsingwork
