内蒙古三次产业能源消费研究

摘　　要：能源是各国争相发展经济所必不可少的动力。国家"十二五"规划中强调了"调结构,转方式"的经济发展主线。内蒙古自治区作为中国能源最丰富的省份之一,拥有煤炭、电力、石油、天然气等重要能源,资源储量丰富且优势突出。但长期"三高一低"的发展模式严重阻碍了内蒙古经济的持续稳定发展。首先分别对2000—2012年十三年以来的内蒙古综合能源消费量和单位国民生产总值能源消费量的趋势与全国的进行对比分析;其次,选取30个省、直辖市十三年的能源消费量和三个产业增加值的数据,进行单位根和协整检验;最后基于面板数据构建计量经济学模型,对内蒙古自治区的三次产业能源消费进行分析,得出内蒙古三次产业能源消费排名依次为:第二产业、第一产业、第三产业以及各产业能源消费在全国省份中的排名,同时为内蒙古产业结构调整和优化提出相应建议。Energy is an essential factor for the national economic development.According to China’s 12th Five-year Plan,transferring the mode and adjusting the structure are the important strategic adjustments on the economic development model.Inner Mongolia has abundant resources including coal , oil and gas . Under direction of the“three-high and one-low”traditional development mode , the sustainable economic progress of Inner Mongolia is seriously hindered.Firstly,the paper made a comparative analysis on the tendency of general energy consumption and energy consumption per capital GDP in Inner Mongolia and China respectively from 2000 to 2012.Secondly,authors used unit root test model and co-integration test model to analyze the relation between the energy consumption and the added value of three industries in 30 provinces and municipalities.Finally,based on the panel data,econometric model was constructed to analyze the energy consumption of three industries in Inner Mongolia.The ranking of energy consumption of Inner Mongolia＆#39;s three industries showed as the following：secondary industry,primary industry and tertiary industry.This paper also got Inner Mongolia industrial energy consumption＆#39;s ranking in China and made corresponding recommendations to push ahead comprehensive industrial restructuring and upgrading of Inner Mongolia.
