摘  要:目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白与胆固醇/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值在冠心病的应用价值。方法对93例冠心病患者和70例同期健康体检者检测超敏CRP、血清胆固醇(TC)、血清脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)并精确计算TC/HDL-C。结果冠心病组血清超敏CRP、TC、TC/HDL-C均比健康对照组,高差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而HDL-C比健康对照组低,差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂和炎性反应与冠心病有密切关系,联合应用TC/HDL-C和hs-CRP更能预测冠心病的发生,TC/HDL-C与hs-CRP可以作为冠心病的危险因素。Objective To study the application value of cholesterol to high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio and high sensitivity C reactive protein in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods The high sensitivity CRP,serum cho-lesterol(TC)and serum lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected to 93 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 70 healthy individuals. And to precisely calculate TC/ HDL-C. Results The high sensitivity CRP,TC and TC/ HDL-C of the coro-nary heart disease group were all higher than those of the healthy control group,the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05);but the HDL-C of the coronary heart disease group was lower than that of the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion There is a close relationship between inflammation and lipid metabolism and coronary heart disease. The combined application of TC/ HDL-C and hs-CRP can better predict the occurrence of coronary heart disease. TC/ HDL-C and hs-CRP can be used as the risk factors of coronary heart disease.
