摘　　要：目的：探讨 HPLC 法在测定感冒退烧片中葛根素含量的应用。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定感冒退烧片中葛根素含量，将测定结果与阴性对照溶液进行比对。结果葛根素在3.9245~392.448μg/ ml 的范围内呈良好的线性关系（r ＝0.99998）；葛根素的平均加样回收率为100.5％（n ＝9），RSD ＝1.1％。结论 HPLC 法操作简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高，适用于感冒退烧片中葛根中葛根素的测定。Objective To establish a HPLC method for detecting the content of puerarin in cold fever tablet. Methods The content of puerarin in cold fever tablet was detected by HPLC. The determination results were compared with the nega-tive control solution. Results The linear range of puerarin was 3. 9245 ~ 392. 448μg/ ml（r = 0. 99998）. The average recovery of puerarin was 100. 5%（n = 9）,RSD = 1. 1% . Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,stable,and high sensitivity, which is applicable to the determination of puerarin in cold fever tablet.
