摘　　要：目的：探讨氯胺酮基础麻醉复合罗哌卡因对小儿麻醉的效果。方法选择2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治需麻醉的患儿40例，随机分为两组，观察组采用氯胺酮基复合罗哌卡因进行麻醉，对照组采用罗哌卡因进行麻醉，观察麻醉效果。结果两组患儿手术时间都在110 min左右，两组患儿均无严重不良反应。结论氯胺酮复合罗哌卡因应用于小儿麻醉，操作简单，对患儿影响小，安全有效，。Objective To investigate the basis of ketamine anesthesia ropivacaine for pediatric anesthesia effect. Methods Select January 2013-January 2014 in our hospital 40 cases require anesthesia of children, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group ketamine-based anesthesia ropivacaine, ropivacaine group using anesthesia, observe the effect of anesthesia. Results The two groups of children with surgical time in about 110 min, two groups of children were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Ketamine and ropivacaine applied to pediatric anesthesia, simple operation, smal impact on children, safe, effective and worthy of promotion.
