中医方剂治疗水肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨温肾利水法治疗水肿的临床效果。方法选取2010年～2013年水肿患者20例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组患者10例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予中医方剂治疗，观察两组的疗效。结果观察组临床疗效要优于对照组，两组间差异具有显著性。结论水肿患者在常规利尿治疗上，结合中药方剂治疗，效果显著，值得应用。Objective The clinical effect of warming the kidney and promoting diuresis treatment of edema to be investigated. Methods Selecting 20 cases of patients with edema from 2010 to 2013 and separating them into observation group and controlled group respectively,each group with 10 patients. The patients in control ed group are given conventional treatment, while the patients in observation group are given traditional Chinese medicine except for basic attendance,and the compare the effects of these two groups. Results The effect of observation group is much more favorable than that in control ed group,and the differentiation is rather noticeable. Conclusion Besides the conventional diuresis treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment is applied to patients with edema, which achieves favorable effect;therefore, it is worthy of being spread and applied.
