摘　　要：目的探讨行手术治疗急性硬脑膜下血肿患者的治疗体会。方法回顾分析2013年5月~2014年5月,我院收治的16例急性硬脑膜下血肿患者的临床治疗资料。结果对比分析入院前与行手术治疗后的患者恢复状况,手术治疗后评估分明显低于入院前,P<0.05,有统计差异。讨论行手术治疗对急性硬脑膜下血肿患者临床具有显著效果,促进患者早日康复出院。Objective The surgical treatment experience of patients with acute subdural hematoma to be investigated. Methods Analyzing the treatment data selected from 16 cases of patients with acute subdural hematoma who are treated in hospital from may 2013 to may 2014. Results Compare the patients’ health condition before and after the operation Respectively The post^surgical evaluation is rather lower than pre^surgical one （ P〈0.05） with statistic differentiation. Conclusion The surgical treatment achieves favorable and desirable effect which is helpful for the patients to be recovery and discharged from hospital soon.
