心理投射技术在学校心理咨询中的实践与应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理投射技术在学校心理咨询中的实践意义和应用价值。方法:采取文献法梳理资料,案例分析法阐明实践操作。结果:心理投射技术能够降低学生的自我心理防御,减少他们的社交恐怖情绪,缓解他们的厌学心理,该技术可以有效地应用于学校心理咨询。结论:学校的心理健康教育部门应将诸如罗夏墨迹测验、绘画投射测验、沙盘游戏疗法、意象对话等多种心理投射技术相结合,广泛应用于青少年心理咨询。Objective：To investigate the practice and application of psychological projective techniques in school counseling. Methods：Carding the information based on the literature material law and expounding practice operation by case analysis. Results：The psychological projective techniques could reduce self-psychological defense,social phobia and negative psychological state of the students. So this technique could be used effectively in school counseling. Conclusion：The department of school mental health education should combine Rorschach Inkblot Test,Projective Drawing Test,Sandplay Therapy and Imagery Conversing together applied to adolescent psychological counseling.
