摘　　要：对大型德士古气化炉的主壳体Cr-Mo钢焊接和内壁镍基堆焊进行了工艺试验,检测了主壳体焊接接头的常规力学性能和高温性能以及内壁堆焊层的化学成分、晶间腐蚀等,试验结果满足产品的设计要求,并用于产品的实际制作。The welding processing for the large Texaco gasifier has been studied. The welding properties, mechanical behavior, chemical constitution and intercrystalline corrosion tests has been taken for the Cr -Mo steel＇s welding and the nickel - base alloy＇s cladding. The welding processing has been proved to be right in the product＇s manufactory.
