摘  要:丁醛转化器是重要化工原料丁辛醇生产装置的核心设备,长期以来一直依赖于进口。介绍了某化学公司大型丁醛转化器的工艺原理、基本参数和设计工况,指出了丁醛转化器的结构特点。从丁醛转化器的温度场分析、挠性管板结构、大直径薄壁换热管的技术要求、管与管板连接接头的设计、锻环-管板-筒体的焊接结构、壳程支撑结构等方面阐明了丁醛转化器结构设计的关键技术;从管板的反变形技术、管孔加工、管与管板连接接头的质量控制、管束支撑格栅的精度控制、锻环焊接的无损检测等方面阐述了丁醛转化器制造的关键技术。由合肥通用机械研究院自主设计、中国一重制造的丁醛转化器已有9台,并在丁辛醇装置上成功应用,表明我国已掌握了该类设备国产化的成套技术。As a core equipment of the important chemical material ( butanol and octanol ) production unit , the butyraldehyde converter has been relying on import for quite a long time .The process principle ,basic parameters and design condition are presented for the large -scale butyraldehyde converter of a certain chemical company ,and its structure characteristics are also pointed out .As to the key design technology , such contents as the temperature field analysis ,flexible tube -sheet structure,technical requirements of large-diameter thin-wall heat exchanger tube ,design of tube to tube-sheet joint ,weldment structure of forging ring-tube sheet -cylinder and bracing structure of tube side etc .are discussed .As to the key manufacturing technology ,such contents as the anti -deformation technology of tube -sheet,process of tube hole ,quality control of tube to tube -sheet joint , accuracy control of tube bundle supporting grid , NDE inspection of forging ring etc .are discussed.Heretofore,nine butyraldehyde converters have been in-dependently designed by Hefei General Machinery Research Institute ,manufactured by China First Heavy Industries and successfully applied in the butanol and octanol unit , indicating the whole set of domestic development technology was mastered for such equipment in China .
