摘  要:以氯乙酸和二乙烯三胺为原料,经取代反应合成有机胺类页岩抑制剂,通过测定防膨率来判定其抑制效果。当反应物氯乙酸和二乙烯三胺的物质的量之比为2∶1,在温度75℃下反应4 h,此时得到的有机胺类页岩抑制剂抑制效果最佳。当页岩抑制剂的浓度为2%时,测得产物的防膨率达到91%。将页岩抑制剂与无机盐KCl复配,来增加其抑制性能。在页岩抑制剂浓度为1%,KCl浓度为4%时,防膨率达到94%。通过岩屑回收率实验得出,合成出的页岩抑制剂效果与国外ULTRAHIB产品的抑制性相接近。Using the chloroacetic acid and the diethylenetriamine to synthesize the organic amines shale inhibitor by substitution reaction. Measuring the anti-swelling rate can estimate its inhibition. When the mole ratio of the chloroacetic acid to the diethylenetriamine is 2 :1 ,the reaction temperature is 75 ℃ and the reaction time is 4 h,the organic amines shale inhibitor with the best inhibition effects can be pro-duced. When the concentration of the shale inhibitor is 2%,the anti-swelling rate of the product is up to 91%. The compound of the shale inhibitor and the inorganic salts,KCl,will enhance the inhibition. The anti-swelling rate can reach 94% when the concentration of the shale inhibitor and KCl respectively are 1% and 4%. The cuttings recovery experiment has come to the conclusion that the effects of the synthe-sized shale inhibitor are closed to the ULTRAHIB products overseas.
