摘  要:采用五水硫酸铜催化合成乙酸正丙酯,研究不同反应时间、五水硫酸铜用量、乙酸和正丙醇摩尔比对乙酸正丙酯产率的影响。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为:催化剂用量为2.5 g,醇酸摩尔比为2:1,反应时间为2.5 h。在此条件下,收率可达78.64%,转化率为87.83%。产品为无色透明液体,具有淡淡的果香味,30℃下测得其折光率为1.3839,沸程为98.5~101.6℃,纯度为82.36%。The experimental catalytic synthesis of copper sulphate pentahydrate N-propyl acetate,the effect of different reaction time,the dosage of the copper sulfate,the molar ratio of acetic acid on yield of N-pro-pyl acetate was investigated. The results showed that the best process conditions were as follows:when the dosage of anhydrous copper sulfate was 2. 5 g,the reaction time of 2. 5 h,alcohol acid mole ratio of 2 :1 ,the N-propyl acetate yield was 78 . 64%,the conversion rate was 87 . 83%. The product is colorless transparent liquid with a hint of fruit flavor,the measured refractive index is 1. 383 9 at 30 ℃,the boiling process is 98 . 5~101 . 6 ℃,the purity of product was 82 . 36%.
