维药小茴香根皮乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和重结晶等分离手段对维药小茴香根皮中乙酸乙酯提取部分进行分离纯化,通过1H NMR、13C NMR进行结构鉴定。结果表明,从乙酸乙酯提取部分分离5个化合物,分别鉴定为莳萝脑(1)、邻苯二甲酸丁基异丁基二酯(2)、镰叶芹二醇(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、甘油酸(5)。该研究为了解维药茴香根皮的药用价值提供了研究基础。To study on chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract part of roots of FOeNiculum vulGare Mill. Ethyl acetate extract part were isolated and pured by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization,their chemical structures were elucidated by spectral data analysis（ 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR）. Result showed that five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract part,they were identified as dillapiol（1）,butyl isobutyl phthalate（2）,3R,8S 9Z-falcarindiol（3）,β-sitosterol（4）, linoleic acid（ 5 ）. This research provides basic understanding about the medicinal values of F. vulGare roots.
