操作参数对柱面气膜密封性能的影响

摘　　要：采用数值模拟的方法求解柱面气膜密封的气膜压力以及其性能参数,并把本文的结果和参考文献中的求解结果进行比较,两者结果相似,从而验证本文程序的正确性。在不同偏心率下,绘制柱面气膜密封的气膜反力和偏位角随操作参数的变化规律曲线,并分析了各种操作参数对柱面气膜密封性能影响的大致规律。Film pressure and performance parameters of cylindrical gas seal are solved by the method of numerical simulation. the solution of this paper and the solved results in the reference are compared.The two results are similar,and verify the program is correct.Under different eccentricity,curves of performance parameters changing with operation parameters was drew,And ana-lyzed the rule of various operating parameters’s effect on the performance of cylindrical gas film seal.
