摘 要:介绍了1,1-二氟乙烷(R152a)气相脱氟化氢制备氟乙烯的方法,简述了脱氟化氢的反应机理。叙述了主要几种气相脱氟化氢催化剂的研究进展,包括铬基催化剂和铝基催化剂。认为通过添加合适的助剂调变酸性制备中等酸强度的脱氟化氢催化剂是其保持高活性和稳定性的关键,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。This paper introduced the process for preparation of vinyl fluoride by vapor phase dehydrofluorination of R152 a and described briefly the mechanism of dehydrofluorination reaction. The majority catalysts used in the dehydrofluorination reaction including Cr-based catalysts and Al-based catalysts were reviewed. It is considered that the intermediate strength acidic sites by adding appropriate additives to modulate the acidity is the key to maintain high activity and the stability of these catalysts, moreover the future direction in this field is prospected.
