乳酸钴的制备与表征

摘  要:用含钴废料和乳酸为主要原料合成了乳酸钴配合物[Co(C3H5O3)2(H2O)2],用元素分析、XRD、FIIR、TGDSC和SEM等方法进行了表征。实验结果表明Co(II)与乳酸配体中的羧基氧和羟基氧以及水分子中的氧配位。X射线粉末衍射数据的指标化结果表明,所得产物为单斜晶系,晶胞参数为:a=0.9342 nm,b=1.2513 nm,c=1.4715 nm,β=94.69°。讨论了反应的酸度、温度、时间对钴的回收率和对乳酸钴产品质量的影响,结果表明,15%~20%的乳酸在70~80℃反应30 min可获得分散性好、晶形好、直径5μm和长度20μm左右的乳酸钴棒状粉体,钴回收率可达到95.0%以上。The cobalt( II) lactate complex [Co( C3H5O3)2( H2O)2]was synthesized with lactic acid and waste containing cobalt as main raw materials. The composition and structure of the complex were characterized by elemental analyses,X-ray powder diffraction,Fourier transformed infrared spectra,thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscope. The experimental results indicate that the cobalt( II) ion is six-coordinated by carboxylic oxygen and hydroxyl oxygen from lactate anions and oxygen from the water molecules,respectively. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with the lattice parameters: a = 0. 9342 nm,b = 1. 2513 nm,c = 1.4715 nm and β = 94. 69°. The effects of acidity,temperature and time of the preparation reaction on the recovery of cobalt and the product quality of the cobalt( II) lactate were discussed. The experimental results show that the cobalt( II) lactate rod-shaped powder with average diameter of 5 μm and length of20 μm can be obtained by the reaction of 15%-20% lactic acid and cobalt carbonate at 70-80 ℃ for 30 min,which has good dispersion and good crystal form. The recovery rate of cobalt can reach more than95%.
