摘　　要：目的：探讨先天性骨梅毒临床特点及 X 线表现。方法收集本院11例确诊为先天性梅毒患儿的骨骼 X 线片和临床资料,分析其 X 线表现。结果11例患儿中均出现不同临床症状,10例有骨骼系统异常改变,主要包括干骺端软骨炎10例,骨膜炎9例,骨干炎4例,9例出现短骨及不规则骨骨质改变。结论先天性梅毒临床表现多样,早期骨改变有一定特征性,及时的骨骼系统X 检查有助于早期诊断。Objective To discuss the clinical and X-ray features of congenital skeletal syphilis.Methods X-ray findings and clinic data of 1 1 patients with early congenital syphilis were retrospectively reviewed.Results All 1 1 case had abnormal clinical manifesta-tions involved multiple systems.10 cases had abnormal skeletal X-ray findings,which included metaphysic osteochondritis （n=10）, periostitis（n=9）,and diaphysitis（n=4）.The short bone and irregular bone abnormalities were found in 9 cases.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of congenital syphilis in the neonates are variable.The early skeletal X-ray findings are characteristics.Real-time bone X-ray examination is helpful for the early diagnosis of congenital syphilis in neonate.
