摘 要:目的:调查急救部一线护理人员手机带菌情况与手卫生之间的关系。方法:连续3 d对急诊病房12名一线护理人员使用手机表面进行细菌培养及药敏试验,并与同期急救部患者送检标本细菌培养药敏检查进行比较。结果:护理人员手机表面细菌培养结果检出金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等9种菌株,并发现广泛耐药菌2株;同期急救部送检患者细菌培养检出金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌等8种菌株,耐药菌3株。结论:一线医护人员工作中使用手机可能引起细菌交叉感染。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the bacteria on the surface of mobile phone and hand hygiene in medical staff in emergency department. Methods:The bacteria culture and sensitivity test of the surface of mobile phone of 12 medical staff in emergency department were investigated for 3 days,the results of which were compared with those of the patients' specimens. Results:The 9 bacterial strains,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumonia,Bauman Acinetobacter and so on(including 2 extensively drug-resistant bacteria strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Bauman Acinetobacter),on the surface of mobile phone of medical staff were detected by bacteria culture. The 12 bacterial strains,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumonia,Bauman Acinetobacter and so on( including 3 extensively drug-resistant bacteria strains of Staphylococcus aureus,Bauman Acinetobacter and Escherichia coli),in patients' specimens were detected by bacteria culture. Conclusions:The mobile phone of medical stuff may be the media of bacterial cross infection.
