摘 要:为研究马尾藻破壁酸化物对凡纳滨对虾生长性能和免疫功能的影响,本试验在饲料中分别添加不同浓度的马尾藻破壁酸化物(0%、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%),饲喂(0.020±0.003)g凡纳滨对虾70 d。结果显示,饲料中添加马尾藻破壁酸化物可显著提高对虾增重率和存活率,降低饵料系数;添加量为1.0%和1.5%时,可显著提高对虾肝胰腺酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性,但添加马尾藻破壁酸化物对血清和肌肉ACP和AKP活性均无显著影响;添加马尾藻破壁酸化物可提高血清溶菌酶活性,添加量为0.5%和1.5%时,血清酚氧化酶(PO)活性显著提高。由此可见,马尾藻破壁酸化物对对虾具有促生长和提高免疫力的作用,可作为对虾饲料添加剂,其适宜添加量为1.0%-1.5%。The white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei were fed with diets supplemented wall-broken sar gassum acidulation substance(SAS)at different concentrations(0%,0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5%)for 70 days,and growth performance and immune enzyme activities were analyzed.The results showed that SAS supplement significantly increased weight gain and survival,and decreased feed coefficient.SAS at doses of 1.0% and 1.5% increased significantly acid phsphatase(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activities in hepatopancreas;SAS didn't significantly affect ACP and AKP activities in serum and muscle.SAS significantly increased lysozyme activity,and doses of 1.0% and 1.5% increased significantly phenololxidase (PO) activity.These results indicated that SAS supplement could improve the growth performance and immune functions of shrimp.SAS could be used for feed additives of shrimp.and its appropriate dose was 1.0% - 1.5%.
