卵圆孔和棘孔的形态学观察及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：研究卵圆孔、棘孔的形态变化和距离改变,为临床研究提供解剖学依据.方法：观测成人的干燥颅骨,对比研究卵圆孔和棘孔的外形变化和距离改变.结果：卵圆孔的形态多样,出现最多的是椭圆形,其次杏仁形、梨形、圆形与狭缝形.结论：卵圆孔在外科手术和诊断中有重要的作用,如在经皮穿刺卵圆孔行三叉神经节阻滞术治疗三叉神经痛,面部细针穿刺技术等临床应用中具有重要的意义.Objective：To observe the distance and the morphological changes of the foramen ovale and foramen spinosum and to provide anatomic data for clinical research.Methods：The shape and distance changes of the foramen ovale and foramen spinosum were comparatively observed in 100 dry human adult skulls.Results：There were various forms of foramen ovale.The largest number was the ovale shape,more than that of almond shape,pear shape,round shape and slit shape.Conclusion：The foramen ovale has an important effect on surgical operation and diagnosis,such as percutaneous trigeminal rhizotomy in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and transfacial fine needle aspiration technique.
