摘  要:采用快速叶绿素荧光诱导方法研究了和田河上游两河交汇处自然分布的四种荒漠河岸植物光系统II(PSII)的能量分配特征,结果显示:灌木柽柳(Tamarix spp.)、黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum)、铃铛刺(Halimodendron halodendron)以及多年生草本骆驼刺(Alhagi sparsifolia)四个种对当地河岸环境都适应较好,其PSII光化学传递效率有差异,以骆驼刺最高而柽柳最低。总效能指数PIt的四个组成成分中,主要光化学反应和电子传递受体QA到QB的传递效率对总体光化学效率的贡献率四个种都最高,PIt与Fv/Fm的变化在种之间具有不一致性。不同种之间生理机制的对比有助于揭示植物适应环境的关键机制。Energy allocation of photosystem II(PSII) was investigated by the fast chlorophyll fluorescence induction in the up reach of Hetian River in four riparian plants: Tamarix spp., Lycium ruthenicum, Halimodendron halodendron, and Alhagi sparsifolia. The four species were well adaptive to riparian environment. There were obvious differences among the four species in efficiency of energy transport represented by the total performance index(PIt): the maximum in A. sparsifolia and the minimum in Tamarix spp. In the four components, the primary photochemistry and efficiency of electron transport form QA-to QB-had more contribution to the total performance index(PIt). The performance index(PI) showed different tendency compared with the maximum quantum yield of primary photochemistry(Fv/Fm) among four species. It is suggested that comparative study in physiological mechanism among species will be conducive to exploring plant's adaption to environment deeply.
