全真一气汤联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察全真一气汤联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上,加用全真一气汤。两组疗程均为1个月,观察心功能疗效、中医证候积分、中医证候疗效及超声心动图相关指标情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组心功能总有效率分别为96.67%和80.00%,组间心功能疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3治疗组改善气短、浮肿症状的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组其余症状改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4治疗前后组内比较,两组CI、SI、LVEF、LVEDD、FS、tei指数、E/A比值变化情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗前后差值比较,CI、SI、LVEF、E/A比值差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全真一气汤联合西药治疗心肾阳虚型冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效满意,可显著改善患者的心功能,缓解其临床症状。Objective This research is to observe the clinical efficacy of treating chronic heart failure of CHD due to heart and kidney yang deficiency with＂Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction＂combined with western medicine. Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure of CHD due to heart and kidney yang deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group and the treatment group were treated with routine western medicine therapy,while ＂Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction＂was added to the treatment group,with the course of 1 month,and then relevant indexes were observed such as the effect of cardiac function,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome curative effect and ultrasonic cardiogram. Results ①The total efficiency of cardiac function of treatment group and control group were 96. 67% and 80% respectively,and the differences of curative effect of cardiac function between two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. ②TCM syndrome scoring differences before and after treatment in the group were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; after treatment,TCM syndrome scoring differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） between the two groups. ③After treatment,TCM syndrome curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05） in improving symptoms of shortness of breath and edema; differences of other symptoms in the two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）.④ The difference within the group was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） in CI,SI,LVEF,LVEDD,FS,Tei index,E / A ratio changes before and after treatment. After treatment,differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05） in CI,SI,LVEF,E / A ratio,and the treatment group better than the control group. Conclusion Curative effect of treatment of chronic heart failure of CHD due to heart and kidney yang deficiency with ＂Quanzhen Yiqi Decoction＂combined with western medicine is satisfying
