辨证针刺治疗不孕症临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察辨证针刺治疗不孕症的临床疗效。方法将69例不孕症患者随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(34例)。对照组予促孕方口服,治疗组予辨证针刺治疗。两组疗程均为6个月,观察治疗后妊娠情况、月经症状疗效及治愈时间。结果 1最终完成试验者共64例,治疗组32例,对照组32例。2治疗组、对照组妊娠率分别为46.88%和34.38%;两组妊娠情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3治疗组、对照组月经症状总有效率分别为87.50%和75.00%;组间月经症状疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。4疗程结束后,两组治愈时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证针刺治疗不孕症与中药疗效相当,但治愈时间较短。Objective This paper is to investigate the efficacy of acupuncture in treating female infertility based on syndrome differentiation. Methods Sixty nine female patients with infertility were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation,while 34 patients in the control group were treated with Chinese decoction proved to be effective in treating infertility. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The pregnancy symptoms,menstruation score and curing time were observed. Results ① Sixty-four patients completed the test,with 32 cases in treatment group and 32 in control group. ② The rates of pregnancy in treatment group and control group were 46. 88% and 34. 38% respectively. Differences of pregnancy rate between the two groups have no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. ③ The total effective rates of menstruation score in treatment group and control group were 87. 50% and 75. 00% respectively. Differences of menstruation score between the two groups have no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. ④ After treatment,differences of the curing time between the two groups have statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation is as effective as Chinese medicinal herbs in treating female infertility,and it takes less time in curing the patients.
