苦参凝胶联合雌三醇软膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察苦参凝胶联合雌三醇软膏治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将120例萎缩性阴道炎患者随机分为苦参凝胶组(A组)、雌三醇组(B组)、联合用药组(C组),分别给予相应治疗,疗程8天。分别于治疗后3天和30天评定临床疗效。结果治疗结束后3天,三组总有效率均为100%;C组愈显率高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。治疗后30天随访,C组总有效率和愈显率均高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论苦参凝胶和雌三醇软膏联合应用治疗萎缩性阴道炎具有协同作用,远期疗效良好。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of＂Kushen Ningjiao＂and Estriol Ointment for the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with atrophic vaginitis were randomized into ＂Kushen Ningjiao＂group（ A group）,Estriol Ointment group（ B group） and combined group（ C group）,each group was treated with corresponding treatment,with the course of 8 days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated 3 days and 30 days after treatment.Results Three days after treatment,the total effective rate was 100%; the markedly effective rate of the C group was higher than that of the A and B groups（ P〈0. 05）. Thirty days after treatment,the total effective rate of the C group was higher than that of the A and B groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of＂Kushen Ningjiao＂and Estriol Ointment has a synergistic and long-term effects in treating atrophic vaginitis.
