摘  要:深圳某啤酒公司生产高档啤酒,生产废水水量大,含有大量有机物,且原有废水处理系统处理的废水不能达到现在的废水排放标准。对其原有工艺进行改进,采用CLR-A/O-气浮组合工艺处理该公司生产的有机废水。经过6个月调试,系统达到稳定运行。结果显示,组合工艺处理后的出水COD浓度≤50mg/L,TN浓度≤15mg/L,NH3-N浓度≤5mg/L,TP浓度≤0.5mg/L,SS浓度≤10mg/L,均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物综合排放标准》(GBl8918-2002)一级A标准;在废水处理过程中,产生的6000m3/d沼气可供生产使用,具有良好的经济效益。A brewery producing high-grade beer in Shenzhen generated a large amount of wastewater with abundant organic matter every day. However, the effluent via the original treatment system could not be in compliance with the current wastewater discharge standard. The treatment technology was therefore improved based on the analysis and research about the present problems, and a combined process with CLR-A/O-air flotation has been employed. Through six-month tests, the system tended to be stable. It has shown that contents of COD, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and SS in the effluent could be no greater than 50 mg/L, 15 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, respectively, to satisfy the limits specified in Grade A of Class I of "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant" (GB18918-2002). Moreover, the improved technology could also produce 6,000 m3 biogas per day to gain a good economic benefit.
