摘  要:针对汽车大梁钢轧板,采用原位统计分布分析技术结合化学分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析方法,研究了夹杂物组成元素异常信号的阈值设定方法以及信号频数、强度与夹杂含量和粒度的相关性,详细探讨了大梁钢中Al系夹杂物总量和粒度分布的原位统计分布分析数学模型,并将数学模型应用于大梁钢样品不同部位中Al夹杂物的含量和粒度分布分析,获得了不同粒度区间内不同类型夹杂物的分布百分比,测定结果与扫描电镜和化学分析的结果有较好的一致性。The threshold setting method for abnormal signals of inclusion elements in automobile beam steel plate as well as the correlation relationship of signal frequency and intensity to inclusion content and size were investigated by original position statistic distribution analysis combined with chemical a- nalysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis method. The original position sta- tistic distribution ana content and size distr ysis mathematical models have been discussed in detail for the analysis of total bution of A1 inclusions in beam steel. The proposed methods have been applied to the content and size determination of A1 inclusions from different part in frame steel. The distribu- tion ratios of different type of inclusions in different size distribution section have been obtained. The calculated results by the proposed method have good coincidence with the value obtained by scanning electron microscope method and chemical method.
