摘　　要：研究了国内外核电知识产权的现状,分析了中国知识产权存在着法律机制不够完善及战略意识缺乏等问题。针对中国核电知识产权存在的现实问题,提出了完善机制、产学研结合、树立战略意识等解决办法,以保障中国核电知识产权健康、有序发展。The current situation of domestic and oversea intellectual property rights in nuclear power domain was researched.The problems existing in intellectual property rights of China in nuclear power domain,such as unperfected legal mechanism and lack of strategic consciousness,were analyzed. Aiming at the realistic problems existing in intellectual property rights of China in nuclear power domain,some solutions,such as to perfect the mechanism,to combine the industry with university and institute,to establish the strategic consciousness and so on,were proposed. The proposals in this paper are helpful to ensure the intellectual property rights of China in nuclear power domain to develop healthily and orderly.
