摘  要:针对微通道传爆,设计了一种装有条形导爆药的微小型错列式传爆序列,改进了条形装药的压装方法。在条形导爆药两端分别使用微小型电雷管和传爆管作为输入和输出,形成具有两个直角的传爆通道,进行雷管对正的传爆试验和雷管错列的隔爆试验。结果表明:改进后的压装方法工艺性良好;0.8 mm药高的条形导爆药传爆可靠,雷管与导爆药最近距离为2 mm隔爆安全。A micro-miniature explosive train of loaded strip-shaped detonating explosive was designed for propagation in the micro-channel.Pressing methods of strip-shaped charge were improved. The micro-miniature electric detonator and booster at both terminals of strip-shaped detonating explosive were used as input and output of explosive train,and the propagation channel with two right angles was formed. According to detonating test by displacing the detonator in-line and explosive-proof test by displacing the detonator out-line,the technology of improved charging ways are all right,0. 8 mm strip-shaped detonating explosive can detonate reliably,2 mm explosive-proof safety can be achieved by the shortest distance from electric detonator to detonating explosive.
