河北省农业科技企业引入风险投资意愿特征及其影响因素

摘　　要：为推动河北省农业科技创新风险投资发展提供政策参考依据,基于对河北省4个设区市300家农业科技企业进行的问卷调查,分析了河北省农业科技企业对风险投资的需求意愿特征,并运用Logistic模型定量分析了农业科技企业引入风险投资意愿的影响因素。结果表明:河北省农业科技企业引入风险投资的整体意愿不足。农业科技企业引入风险投资的意愿受企业规模、管理人员素质、组织管理机构水平、融资成本、是否有核心技术、是否了解风险投资与是否享有政府扶持的显著影响;企业的性质、经营领域、发展阶段对农业科技企业引入风险投资的意愿影响相对不显著。The factors influencing venture investment willingness of agricultural science and technology enterprises were quantitatively analyzed by the Logistic model based on analysis of the willingness characteristics form 300 agricultural science and technology enterprises in four districts（cities）by questionnaire survey to provide a reference for venture investment development of agricultural science and technology innovation in Hebei.The results showed that agricultural science and technology enterprises lack of the willingness of venture investment overall in Hebei.The enterprise scale,managerial personnel s＇ quality,level of management organization,financing cost,whether or not core technology,venture investment knowledge and government＇s support have the significant effect on venture investment willingness of agricultural science and technology enterprises,but the enterprises＇ nature,business scope and development stage have no significant effect on venture investment willingness of agricultural science and technology enterprises relatively.
