摘 要:以6个玉米南方锈病抗性不同的玉米自交系为亲本,按Griffing双列杂交试验设计方法Ⅱ组配15个杂交组合,对玉米自交系南方锈病抗性进行配合力分析,并估算群体遗传参数。研究结果表明,6个自交系一般配合力(GCA)效应差异显著,自交系沈139 GCA效应为最大负效应,其次是齐319、双M9和X178;黄C和黄早四表现正的GCA效应。结合杂交组合实际抗病性表现与特殊配合力(SCA)效应进行分析,双M9所组配的各组合抗性表现和SCA效应均较好。群体遗传参数分析结果表明,该性状广义遗传力为82.54%,性状的遗传以加性效应为主,同时存在一定的非加性效应,性状表现受环境影响较大。According to Griffing diallel experimental methodⅡ,fifteen hybrid crosses were designed by using six maize inbred lines with different southern corn rust resistance as parents. Combining ability analysis was conducted on plant resistance classification,and the genetic parameters were estimated. The results indicated that GCA effects of the six maize inbred lines are significantly different,Shen139 has the highest negative GCA effect; together with it is Qi319、Shuang M9 and X178,Huang C and Huangzaosi which have positive GCA effect.Through combining analysis of investigated data and value of SCA effects,all crosses with Shuang M9 as one parent performed well on SCA and decease resistance. Further analysis of genetic parameters showed that the broad-sense heritability of this trait is 82. 54 %,inheritance of this trait was major in additive effect while there was certain non-additive effect,and this trait was influenced by the environment greatly.
