不同省份水稻品种抗黑条矮缩病鉴定与评价

摘　　要：为发掘抗黑条矮缩病水稻种质资源,收集15个省份共251份地方品种进行抗黑条矮缩病田间诱发鉴定。结果表明,251个品种中发病率在10%～40%的品种占66.5%,发病率低于10%的品种32个,低于5%的仅11个,未出现对黑条矮缩病免疫的品种。167个籼稻品种中,26个品种发病率低于10%,而粳稻品种中仅有6个。安徽、江苏、江西和浙江4省筛选出的抗性品种较多,发病率低于10%的品种有20个,低于5%的品种有11个。广东、广西、湖南、台湾、云南和福建6省区鉴定品种中,发病率低于10%的品种仅有12个,未发病率低于5%的品种。另外,黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、山东和四川5省区未出现发病率低于10%的品种,这些地区在抗黑条矮缩病水稻育种中应注重其它地区抗性材料的引进。本研究结果将为研究水稻黑条矮缩病和抗黑条矮缩病育种提供重要信息。In order to screen resistant cultivars against rice black-streaked dwarf virus （ RBSDV）, 251 cultivars of the resistance to RBSDV in field test from 15 provinces were evaluated. The results showed that the disease rates were 10 %-40 % in most cultivars, the disease rates of 32 cuhivars were under 10 %, 11 cultivars under 5 %, and no cultivars was immune to RBSDV. There were 26 in 167 Indica cultivars and 6 Japonica cultivars whose disease rates were under 10 %. The resistant cultivars from Anhui, Jiangsu, Jiangxi and Zhejiang occupied a higher ratio than that from other province, the disease rates of 20 eultivars were under 10 %, and 11 under 5 %. Total 12 eultivars pos- sessed the disease rates under 10 % in the cultivars from Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Taiwan, Yunnan and Fujian, and no cultivac under 5 %. Disease rates of all cultivars from Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong and Sichuan were above 10 %, which indicated that these provinces should pay attention to introduce resistant germplasm from other areas. The results should be very useful for studying on RBSDV and breeding new RBSDV-resistant cultivars.
