针毛鼠种群年龄鉴定的胴体重划分标准

摘　　要：为丰富针毛鼠种群年龄鉴定方法,给其预测预报提供科学依据,采用胴体重法,利用2006-2014年贵州省余庆县和凯里市鼠情监测捕获的针毛鼠测量数据,研究其种群年龄鉴定的划分标准。结果表明：针毛鼠胴体重变幅为20.88～81.15 g,平均胴体重为（47.21±17.04）g;其种群年龄按胴体重频次分布特征（参照繁殖状况）,划分标准为幼年组（Ⅰ）胴体重≤25.0 g,亚成年组（Ⅱ）25.1～40.0 g,成年Ⅰ组（Ⅲ）40.1～55.0 g,成年Ⅱ组（Ⅳ）55.1～70.0 g,老年组（Ⅴ）〉70.0 g。各形态指标随着年龄的增长而不断增加,胴体重与体重、体长、尾长、后足长及耳长之间呈极显著的直线正相关关系。雌鼠怀孕率和胎仔数、雄鼠睾丸下降率和繁殖指数随着种群年龄的增长而不断增加,成年Ⅰ组、成年Ⅱ组和老年组是该鼠参与繁殖的主要群体。To enrich N. fulvescens age identification methods,and provide a scientific reference for the prediction and forecast,the division standard for population age identification of N. fulvescens was studied by using the data in Yuqing County and Kaili City in Guizhou from^2006 to 2014. Results： The average weight of N. fulvescens was（ 47. 21 ± 17. 04） g,ranging from 20. 88 g to 81. 15 g; According to the frequency distribution of weight,with reference to its reproductive condition,population age of N. fulvescens was divided into five age groups. Youth group（ Ⅰ） ≤25. 0 g,adult group（ Ⅱ） 25. 1- 40. 0 g,adult Ⅰ group（ Ⅲ） 40. 1- 55. 0 g,adult Ⅱ group（ Ⅳ） 55. 1-70. 0 g and elderly group（ Ⅴ） 〉70. 0 g. The body weight,body weight without viscera,body length,tail length,hind foot length and ear length increased with population age. There was significant linear correlation between body weight,body weight without viscera,body length,tail length,hind foot length and ear length. Female pregnancy rate,litter size,male testicular descent rate and reproductive index increased with population age. Adult Ⅰ group,adult Ⅱ group and elderly group were the main reproductive groups.
