摘  要:从烟草中分离获的内生细菌菌株Y11和Y141对烟草灰霉病菌有较强的抑制作用,根据形态特征、生理生化特性以及16S r DNA和gyr B基因序列分析,对这2株菌株进行种类鉴定。结果显示,菌株Y11为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),菌株Y141是荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens)。菌株Y11和Y141的胞外代谢产物和挥发性代谢产物能抑制烟草灰霉病菌菌丝的生长,引起菌丝畸形,且胞外代谢产物对12种植物病原真菌的生长均有抑制作用。Endophytic bacteria strains Y11 and Y141 isolated from tobacco strongly inhibited the growth of Botrytis cinerea. The two strains were identified by the morphological and biological characteristics and the comparison of 16 S rDNA and gyr B gene sequence. The results showed that strains Y11 and Y141 were identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Pseudomonas fluorescens,respectively. The extracellular metabolites and volatile metabolites produced by strains Y11 and Y141 could inhibit the growth of B. cinerea,and cause hyphae deformed.The extracellular metabolites could also inhibit the growth of 12 plant pathogenic fungi.
