摘 要:为了探明一株红富士短枝型芽变材料的遗传稳定性,采用ISSR分子标记方法,从生物形态学、叶片解剖结构和分子生物学方面对其进行鉴定。结果表明:其形态学性状表现出明显的短枝性状特征,节间长度仅仅为母本的52.6%,叶片栅栏组织变厚,比叶重较母本增加73.43%,与母本差异显著;ISSR分子标记结果显示,短枝型芽变材料在DNA水平上发生了较稳定的变异。综合各项指标,该芽变新种质属于红富士短枝型芽变优系。In order to prove the genetic stability of a Red Fuji spur type bud mutation,by means of ISSR Maker,morphology characters,anatomical structure and molecular biology were used to identify and value the material. The result demonstrated that the spur sports presented significant spur traits and difference to its maternal parent,the manifestations were its internode length was only 52. 6 % of maternal parent's,leaf palisade tissue thickness became thicker,especially specific leaf weigh increased 73. 43 % than its maternal parent.. ISSR marker indicated the spur sports was a stable mutation at DNA level. Calculating these indexes comprehensively,the new germplasm is a fine spur sports strain of Red Fuji.
