Relationship between Ecological Factors and Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaves in Tobacco Planting Area of Sichuan

摘  要:采集了四川烤烟主产区烟叶与生态因素数据,运用聚类分析、多重比较、相关分析、逐步回归等方法,对四川烤烟主产区生态因素与烟叶化学成分的关系进行了分析。结果表明,一类区日照时数长,均温和积温较低,降雨充足,昼夜温差适宜,总糖、还原糖含量高;二类区日照时数中等,均温、积温较高,降雨适宜,昼夜温差最大,烟碱、总氮含量最低;三类区均日照时数短,积温中等,温适宜,降雨较少,昼夜温差小,总糖、还原糖含量较低,含氮化合物含量较高。伸根期阶段,还原糖、淀粉与降雨量呈显著正相关,烟碱与昼夜温差呈显著负相关;旺长期阶段,还原糖与日照时数呈显著正相关,烟碱与积温显著正相关,总糖与降雨量显著正相关,淀粉反之;成熟期阶段,总糖与积温呈显著正相关,烟碱反之,总糖和总氮分别与均温呈显著正相关和负相关。海拔与碳水化合物、钾负相关,经度与碳水化合物负相关,与含氮化合物正相关,纬度与总糖负相关。Taken tobacco and ecological factors data from mainly flue-cured tobacco planting area of Sichuan as tested materials,the relationships between ecological factors and tobacco chemical composition were analyzed with cluster analysis,multiple comparison,correlation analysis and stepwise regression method. The result showed that in the first type of zone,sunshine time was long,mild and accumulated temperature were low,rainfall was adequate,temperature gap between day and night was suitable,and the content of total sugar,reducing sugar were high; In the second district,sunshine time was medium,the rainfall was appropriate,temperature and accumulated temperature were high,the temperature gap between day and night was maximum,and nicotine and total nitrogen content was the lowest; In the third district,mean temperature was appropriate,the temperature difference between day and night was small,rainfall was less,accumulated temperature was moderate,sunshine time was short,total sugar and reducing sugar content was low,and the nitrogen content was higher. In root period,reducing sugar and starch was significantly positively related with rainfall,nicotine had significantly negative correlation with temperature difference between day and night; In flourishing stage for a long time,reducing sugar and sunshine time was significantly positively related,nicotine had significantly positive correlation with accumulated temperature,and total sugar had significantly positive relationship with rainfall,but starch was vice versa; At maturity stage,total sugar and accumulated temperature was significantly positively related,but nicotine was opposite,and mean temperature had significantly positive correlation with total sugar,while negative correlation with total nitrogen. Elevation was negatively related to the carbohydrate and potassium,longitude was negatively related to the carbohydrates,but positively related to nitrogen compounds,and latitude was negatively related to total sugar.
