摘  要:本文采用常规研究方法,观察统计蝙蝠蛾大龄幼虫奢食性,采用单头饲养测定蝙蝠蛾各龄幼虫取食量,并测定生长发育指标。结果表明,奢食性方面,供试植物食料中,蝙蝠蛾幼虫取食胡萝卜最多,取食量为1.757 g,占总取食量的50.26%,其次为圆穗蓼0.9363 g和珠芽蓼0.6743 g,对小大黄的取食量最少,为0.128 g;取食量方面,随着幼虫龄期增加日取食量不断增加,各龄期取食量所占总量的比例也不断增加,3龄期取食量较其余龄期最少仅为0.0324 g,3龄期过后取食量暴增,第4、5、6、7、8龄期幼虫取食量分别为第3龄期幼虫的7.84、15.23、19.92、23.47、39.5倍,其中第7、8龄期幼虫取食量占比合计超过了总取食量的一半达57.67%,以8龄幼虫取食量1.4798 g最多,占3龄期至8龄期幼虫总取食量的36.93%,其生长发育指标也达到了最大值,生长发育指标分别为头宽0.306 cm、体长4.365 cm、体重0.4539 g。蝠蛾幼虫的取食量、头宽、体长、体重与龄期呈线性相关极显著。试验结果显示,蝙蝠蛾幼虫饲养过程中添加胡萝卜,并根据幼虫发育指标(龄期)调整食料的量,有助于幼虫的正常生长发育。In this paper,the palatability of Hepialus older larvae was studied by conventional method and their feeding amount to four plant feedstuff were measured. The growth and development indicators of Hepialus larvae with the method of single larvae fed to measure the feeding amount were measured. The result showed that in the aspect of the palatability,the feeding amount of larvae on Daucus carota L. was 1.757 g and 50. 26 % of the total. It was the most in all plat feedstuff,followed by Polygolum macrophyllum( 0. 9363 g) and Polygolum viviparum L.( 0. 6743 g),and the feeding amount of larvae on Rheum pumilum Maxim. was 0. 128 g; In the aspect of the feeding amount,the larval feeding amount was gradually increasing as larvae instar increased. The 3rd instar larvae's feeding amount was 0. 0324 g and then entered a period of gluttony. The feeding amounts of the 4th,5th,6th,7th and 8th instar larval were 7. 84,15. 23,19. 92,23. 47,39. 5times of that of the 3rd instar larvae,respectively. Among them the 7th and 8th instar larvae's feeding amount accounted for 57. 67 % of the total. The 8th instar larvae's feeding amount was the most( 1.4798 g) and accounted for 36. 93 % of the total,its growth and development indicators all reached the largest value,and the head width,body length,body weight were 0. 306 cm,4. 365 cm,0. 4539 g,respectively.The correlation coefficient of head width,body length,weight an d feeding amount was significant with the instars. It was recommended that carrots would be added in breeding process of Hepialus larvae. According to the larvae development indicators( instar),the amount of food was adjusted to ensure the normal growth and development of larvae.
