摘　　要：文章分析了海洋油气陆上终端工程的特点及验收调查原则与方法,指出其验收调查范围、验收标准与要求;通过污染物总量控制监测、污水排放监测、固体废物及大气排放调查指出污染物排放监测的主要内容;从生态环境影响、海底管线、大气环境、噪声几方面介绍了环境影响调查注意事项,并指出环境管理调查的主要内容。根据其工程自身特点及环保验收调查所涉及的内容,海洋油气陆上终端工程有必要形成较为独立的验收调查技术规范。Marine oil and gas onshore terminal engineering is an important part of marine oil and gas field exploitation,and the environmental protection completion acceptance survey is an important technical mean to carry out thethree at the same time'system on construction project.This article analyzes the characteristics of marine oil and gas onshore terminal project and the principles and methods of investigation acceptance,and points out the investigation scope and standard requirements.Through the emissions surveys of total amount of pollutant,wastewater,solid wastes and atmospheric,the main content of the pollutant emission monitoring was pointed out.From the aspects of ecological environment impact,subsea pipeline,atmospheric environment and noise the survey attention was introduced and the main content of environment management survey was pointed out.Finally,a relatively independent acceptance survey technical specification which was necessary to marine oil and gas onshore terminal engineering was proposed.
