摘　　要：目的：通过对近三年结核病、艾滋病双重感染数据进行动态分析,了解双感在我州发展变化,从而对我州结核病艾滋病双重感染控制政策的制定提供科学依据。方法：对各县（市）上年双感年度报表数据通过EXCEL进行分析。结果：艾滋病阳性人群中肺结核病检出率在0.84%~2.73%,平均为1.44%,结核病人群中查艾滋病阳性率0.2%。结论：结核病已经成为我州艾滋病患者的一个主要并发疾病,双感患者管理难度大于普通肺结核病患者,我州结防工作面临新的挑战。Objective： To monitor the change of population with tuberculosis and HIV double infected in Qiannan State so as to provide scientific evidence for policy making for epidemic controlling on double infec- tion in Qiannan State through dynamical analysis of the data collected in the past 3 years. Methods： Data on double infected population from annual statements from different counties （cities） in Qiannan State were ana- lyzed by EXCEL. Results： The detection rate of tuberculosis in HIV - positive patients was 0. 84 - 2. 73%, with the average of 1. 44%. The detection rate of HIV - positive in tuberculosis patients was 0. 2%. Conclusion： Tuberculosis has become the major complications of HIV in Qiannan State. Since double infection of tuberculosis/HIV are more difficult to control, the epidemic prevention work in Qianna State is facing a new challenge.
