化瘀复元胶囊对不稳定性心绞痛患者hs-CRP和Lp-PLA2水平的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨化瘀复元胶囊对不稳定性心绞痛患者hs-CRP和Lp-PLA2水平的影响。方法选取不稳定性心绞痛的病例73例,随机分为试验组(35例)及常规治疗组(38例),选取健康体检者30例为正常对照组;常规治疗组予常规抗血小板聚集、抗心肌缺血等治疗,试验组在常规治疗组基础上加用化瘀复元胶囊,观察治疗前后hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、血脂及颈动脉中-内膜厚度。结果治疗前试验组及常规治疗组的hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于正常对照组,HDL-C水平低于正常对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组的hs-CRP、Lp-PLA2、LDL-C及IMT水平低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗不稳定性心绞痛时加用化瘀复元胶囊可达到加强改善hs-CRP和Lp-PLA2水平,进一步抑制炎症、抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。Objective ： To study the effect of Huayu Fuyuan Capsule on hs - CRP and Lp - PLA2 levels of unstable angina patients. Methods： 73 patients were randomly divided into a test group （35 cases） and a conventional treatment group （38 cases） while 30 healthy persons were selected as a control group. The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional anti - platelet aggregation and anti - myocardial ischemia while the test group was added with Huayu Fuyuan Capsule besides the conventional treatment. The hs- CRP, Lp -PLA2, lipids and carotid artery -intima- media thickness were observed before and after the treatment. Results： Before the treatment, the hs - CRP, Lp - PLA2, TC, TG, LDL - C levels of the test group and the conventional group were higher than that of the control group, HDL - C levels was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） , but after the treatment, the hs - CRP, Lp - PLA2, LDL - C and IMT levels of the test group were lower than that of the conventional group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The conventional treatment plus Huayu Fuyuan Capsule can improve the hs - CRP and Lp - PLA2 levels of the unstable angina patients, inhibit inflammation and resist atherosclerosis.
