摘　　要：目的探讨莫西沙星注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗老年社区获得肺炎疗效。方法将58例老年社区获得肺炎随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯予莫西沙星注射液治疗10 d,治疗组予莫西沙星注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗10 d,比较2组临床疗效及预后。结果治疗组总有效率86.21%,对照组总有效率69%。结论常规应用莫西沙星注射液联合炎琥宁注射液治疗老年社区获得肺炎疗效显著。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Moxifloxacin Injection combined with Yanhuning Injection on the treatment of elderly acquired pneumonia patients. Methods： 58 elderly patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was simply treated with Moxifloxacin Injection for 10 days while the treatment group was given Moxifloxacin Injection and Yan- huning Injection forl0 days. The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.21% while that of the control group was 69%. The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine shows a significant effect.
