头针配合体针治疗中风偏瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究头针配合体针治疗中风偏瘫患者的疗效并探讨其作用机理,为头针配合体针治疗中风偏瘫提供临床依据。方法将60例中风偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用头针配合体针治疗,对照组采用单纯体针治疗,每组各30例。每日治疗1次,每周治疗5次,共治疗4周。疗程结束后进行疗效评估。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为90.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在改善病情轻重方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在提高日常生活能力方面,治疗组效果较明显(P<0.05);2组治疗均能改善病人的神经功能缺损症状(P<0.01),而治疗组的疗效更明显(P<0.05)。结论头针配合体针治疗中风偏瘫能改善患者临床症状和体征,能有效地提高患者日常生活能力,从而提高了患者的生活质量,是治疗中风偏瘫的有效方法之一。Objective ： To study the scalp and body acupuncture combination for treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients and explore its mechanism. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases per group. The treatment group was given scalp and body acupuncture treatment while the control group was simply treated with body acupuncture. The treatment was conducted once a day, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the curative effect was assessed. Results ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% while that of the control group was 90.0%. The difference of the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The treatment group improved better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） in terms of illness and more obvious than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） in terms of their daily living ability. The neurological deficit symptoms of the two groups improved after the treatment （P 〈 0.01 ） , but the treatment group was more significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The scalp and body acupuncture combination can improve clinical symptoms and signs of the stroke hemiplegia patients and more effectively improve the patients＇ daily life ability, and thus improve the quality of life of the patients, and is one of effective methods for stroke hemiplegia treatment.
