摘　　要：在分析我国大学生就业现状与高校就业指导工作现状的基础上,认为大数据时代为大学生的就业指导工作带来了机遇与挑战.在大数据时代,要充分发挥就业指导在解决大学生就业难问题中的引导作用,通过大学生就业指导工作促进教学改革,帮助大学生树立正确的择业观,鼓励大学生创业和实现大学生就业指导的个性化服务.The paper analyzes the career guidance and employment of college students in China.It is argued that big data era brings the opportunities and challenges for career guidance of college students.It is believed that the career guidance helps to promote the teaching reform and entrapreneurship.
