摘　　要：云计算、大数据、物联网、虚拟技术等信息技术发展成果,为"国土云"的构建与推进提供了技术条件。"十三五"信息化规划前期准备工作启动在即,"国土云"无疑被确定成为其建设的目标与任务。围绕这一发展战略与构想,我们应当具备怎样的战略眼光与技术储备,如何摈弃既往信息化建设的陈旧思维和落后建设模式,以技术、经济、效率、集约化为优先考量的建设思路来构建和运用"国土云",促进国土资源管理行业和管理方式的深刻变革,是当前国土资源信息化工作者的重要使命与新的任务。The results of development of Cloud Computing, Big Data, Internet of Things and Virtual Technology providesthe technical condition to build and promote the ＂Cloud of Nation＇ s Land＂.The Preparation of information technology planning in ＂The Thirteenth Five Years＂ will be starting soon, without doubt, ＂Land Cloud＂ will be an important goal and task.On the development of this strategy and plan,what strategic vision and technical reserves we should have, how we dismiss the outdated thinking and the backward construction mode of informatization＇ s construction,to construct and use ＂Land Cloud＂ with higher technology, more economical means, higher efficiency and more intensive way,to promote profound changes in land and resources management industry and the management style is an important mission and new task of the land and resources information workers.
