摘　　要：加强地方高校图书馆工作人员的职业道德建设是更好地为教研人员服务、为广大学生服务、为地方发展服务的需要。地方高校图书馆工作人员应该具有爱岗敬业的思想素质、精益求精的业务素质、渊博通才般的文化素质。加强地方高校图书馆工作人员的职业道德建设,要结合实际,认真制定职业道德准则;加强学习,努力提高职业道德素质;健全措施,切实建立职业道德监督机制。Strengthening the construction of professional ethics of local colleges and universities librarians is the request of better service for academic staffs,students and local development. Local colleges and universities librarians should possess the ideological quality of dedication,the professional quality of the best and the knowledgeable cultural quality. Strengthening the construction of professional ethics of local colleges and universities librarians should adjust in practice and carefully formulate the canons of professional ethics,reinforce learning and make great efforts to improve the quality of professional ethics,perfect measures and feasibly establish the supervision system of professional ethics.
