摘  要:论述了中小型汽轮机集装化整机运输设计相对于传统散件运输方式所具有的优势。结合实际工程,详细阐述其设计思路和实施方法,着重分析了座缸式阀门、公共底盘的结构、安装调整方式以及整机运输等设计要点。结果表明,该设计方案能有效缩短电厂现场安装工期,减少现场安装施工难度,从而为电厂带来显著的经济及社会效益。集装化整机运输设计在中小型工业汽轮机项目中具有广泛的应用前景。A new design of integral transport for small-middle steam turbine is introduced. It has obvious advantages comparing to the traditional separate parts transport. Combined with practical engineering, the design ideas and implementation methods are presented. The design feature such as installation and adjustment of valves seated on turbine casing, and common chassis and integral transport etc. are explained. The results show that the design scheme can effectively shorten onsite installation duration of power plant, reducing the field installation and construction difficulty, so as to bring significant economic and social benefit of the power plant. The integral transport technique has great applied foreground in the small-middle steam turbine projects.
