针对黑龙江森工林区林木良种繁育基地的设计思考

摘　　要：为了深入贯彻国家林业局提出的新时期林木改良工作指导方针,按照林业分类经营、分区突破战略,以全面提高良种数量、质量、效益为核心,本着科技兴种、依法治种的原则,进一步完善和建立国有林区稳产高产的良种生产体系,加工、贮备、供应体系,质量监测和信息服务体系,就此以黑龙江省森工林区绥阳林业局林木良种繁育基地为例,提出设计意见和看法,以实现该地区良种生产区域化、供应基地化、质量标准化、品种多样化的目标。To implement the guiding principle come up by State Forestry Administration for the tree improvement of the new period. Based on the forest classification management and the partition strategic breakthrough, to improve the number,quality and the benefit of the good strain, the particle tries to improve and establish the good strain production system for the national -owed forest area,processing,storage and provision system and the quality supervision system and information system. Taken the propagation of improved varieties of Suiyang forest bureau in Heilongjiang province as an example, the particle comes up with design comments to realize the regionalization for the good strain production,reasonable application and standardized for quality and diversification for the kinds.
