三大标准管理体系在交通工程建设中的实践与思考

摘　　要：介绍了我国交通工程建设项目管理现状,以及质量、安全和环境管理体系标准的主要内涵,分析了交通工程建设项目推行三大体系的必要性、可行性和存在问题;并结合泰州大桥工程实践,介绍以项目为对象建立三大管理体系的步骤和方法,以及泰州大桥推行三大管理体系以来在质量、安全和环境保护管理上取得的成效。The current situation of transportation engineering project management in our country and the main connotation of quality, safety and environment management system is introduced. This paper analyzes the necessity, feasibility and problems of establishing three management systems in transportation engineering construction. The steps and methods of establishing and implementing three systems are illustrated and the achievements are introduced based on the Taizhou Bridge engineering practice.
