摘 要:为了解决近距离高瓦斯突出煤层首采工作面煤与瓦斯突出的问题,在对目前松河矿井首采工作面煤层及瓦斯赋存分析的基础上,确定对首采工作面采用穿层钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯的区域防突措施,并采用残余瓦斯压力法和钻屑指标法分别对预抽效果进行了检验和验证,结果表明预抽效果检验消突率为100%,区域验证消突率在98.7%以上,区域防突技术应用效果较好,保证了松河矿井首采工作面的安全快速的掘进和矿井的提前达产。In order to solve the problem of coal and gas outburst in the first mining face of high gas outburst coal seam, based on the analysis on coal and gas occurrence of the Songhe mine, it was determined to apply the regional outburst prevention technology of lane strip coal seam gas pre-drainage with crossing borehole in the first mining face.And the method of residual gas pressure and drilling index was applied respectively to test and verify the effect of pre-drainage.The results showed that the rate of pre-drainage effect test outburst elimination was 100%, and the rate of regional verifying outburst elimination was more than 98.7%.The application effect of regional outburst pre-vention technology was better, which can ensure the safe and rapid excavation and mine advance production in the first mining face of Songhe mine.
