摘　　要：本文从传统欺凌行为案例入手，认为网络欺凌对青少年造成的伤害更大，在界定欺凌行为、网络欺凌的同时，讨论了网络欺凌的特征及其危害性。只要措施得当，上网会变得更加文明和愉快。The writer of this article, by displaying a case study of bullying in traditional way, supposes that cyberbullying brings more hurts to adolescences, at the same time quotes the definitions and discusses the features and harmfulness of bullying and cyberbullying. So long as the appropriate measures are adopted, surfing the Intemet can be more civilized and delighting.
